today, i had an angry customer. i was trying to calm down to explain to him everything happened. he didn't really understand what i told him yesterday. he was already pressured because he will be travelling inthe next 4 days and the ticket did go up just for one day. i advised him everything. he doesnt even trust me with the price i was giving him. he asked if i was just new and said... "yes, i am new...but i know what i am doing." my job before was different than now. super different. i can't even make face and cuss him quietly because he's in front of me.
this is sooo challenging!! i want to embrace it! lovin' life
